One question: Those freeze scenes you're mentioning are the same "vampyr.mov" files in the private FTP, or there are more scenes?, if so, I would love to see them, no matter if there's no sound

maybe more! i'v download about 3GB data from the link above. Yeah it's a lot of content (I've downloaded just about 1 GB) You can use the files I posted to create your own player, all you have to do is: 1) Put all your downloaded SWF files in a single folder 2) rename all SWF files as "1.swf&q...

Any chance you can upload the images too? You mean, the isolated bitmaps inside each movie? Well, I guess I can in some, but doing it in everyone of them would be a pain in the butt, because in total there's more than 7200 hi-res JPG images  ... Lets do this: tell me the name of 3-5 movies w...

More 3D models

Some weeks ago Jay pointed to us this cool website (ttp://www.st-image.com/content/s.aspx?id=modekuru/index) with 3D views of japanese models, and I promised I'll try to make an offline version of it. Well, I finally had to rewrite the whole code for the 'player' to work, and I started to download t...

Progress: I've downloaded about 40% of all the models, but I'll have to remake the flash controls, so it's going to take some time As soon as I'm done I'll upload it to the server EDIT: I didn't, I found there's more than 400 3D views!!   plus every view is at least 1.5 megapi...

Anything 3D

A lot of time ago I posted this site in the lmc, which is very cool because they have a 3D model gallery in which you can see 3D views of many models, pretty much similar as Lord Hypnos's 'nude posing' quicktime clips. Anyway, I remembered painfully rescuing all those files from my cache and figurin...

Re: No sound when I import clips into vegas.

I've ben promising basiktek that I'd upload some ST: TNG clips but I've been stuck with the problem of having no sound when I import the clips into Vegas 6. I didn't want to upload anything with no sound. And with no solution, no uploads. :( The file says it's an mp3 layers audio track so I don't k...

Re: clip question

Mike wrote:Hi, any idea what codec I need to get the clip to play? Thanks !
It's not the video codec, but the audio codec instead (something called "raw audio codec"), try downloading and installing media player classic which lets you play the video no matter if there's no audio in it

To make the whole animation, I used the following software: Macromedia Flash (design, buttons/interactivity, programming, animation/sounds) Poser 4 (3D rendering and animation sequences of the model) Photoshop CS (2D Texturing of the model) I didn't...
