So the Yennefer one is definitely a favorite. I'd recommend that one as a baseline. Personally, I didn't really like the DOA ones because they kept going sideways, which took me out of it. The MK ones also probably could of had a bit cut out in the beginning before the freezing started to take effe...

MK11 doesnt have a 360 Degree Camera and you can`t freeze the game while a fatal blow or fatality :/ But i have some videos with women frozen by sub zero, i can upload them later, too
