It's called Klismaphilia, the fetish of administering or having administered enemas. As far as I know that's quite a big thing among sex freaks (like us heheh) in Japan, and it's very infamous in the internet due to an image called "tubgirl".

I check a coulpe J torrent sites daily. Nothing yet.

Keep in mind there might be more enthusiasm for this one because the 3 girls are "lookalikes" (sort of) of 3 famous idols/movie stars who are NOT in AV.
