Gargoyles 1990s Animated Series

There was an episode of Gargoyles (the 1990s Animated Series) in which a man stops time for a woman in battle and then places a metal bracket over her mouth so she couldn't speak. He says something like "I'm taking away your talk" anyone know which episode this is from and if it is online? I saw the episode maybe when I was 8 or 9 years old.

The episode is called "The Gathering,Part 1" .
