Bart and Milhouse are at the mall, and Milhouse begs Bart to stop by a certain store because they are featuring a new mannequin he's infatuated with. At first, Bart ridicules him, but then he gets a look at her too and shares his enthusiasm.
Unfortunately, their attention to the artificial woman is short-lived as they notice their ever-present older bullies working at "The Sole Provider" selling shoes, and decide to taunt them seeing as how they have to be nice to customers.
No, no actual freeze content, but it's kinda nice to see some representation on the longest-running show on TV...even if it is a perennial schlemiel like Milhouse.
