Sci Fi classics

OMG - the long forgotten M.A.N.T.I.S sci fi TV serieies from 1994 is available on DVD from http://classics2dvd.com/blog/.
This is a long time ago but I seem to remember it was about a guy who is a paraplegic, wears an ectoskelton and beomes a kind of superhero freezing the bad guys in their tracks with electro shock darts. Or something like that. I think it was a freeze fest. I'm going to get hold of the set and refresh my memory. It's the first time I have ever seen this series mentioned anywhere and came on completely by chance.
