Looks like they are introducing a speedster(im guessing Slingshot) to the show. The promo I caught tonight there was a quick bullet time freeze.

Well, nothing super spectacular, but...
1) The bullettime we saw where the speedster runs through a crowd does offer a quick glimpse or two of a couple of cute women
2) there's another sequence where Daisy is briefly motionless in the background
3) The villain of the week has a weird sort of hybrid gaze power that's one part paralysis, one part knockout and one part petrification in that it makes people collapse but then sort of freeze while limp with greyed skin

There was a brief freeze tonight with a woman standing up right who was petrified by the inhuman. She wasnt discolored so it looked more like a freeze, it was just kinda quick.
