Sometime in the 2000s I was reading a story about a man who stops time and sneaks into a young-beautiful women's apartment and spies on her.

At one point he freezes time while she is doing naked jumping jacks.

I don't remember anything else unfortunately.

Anyone remember the story?

The Fermata, maybe?
