It's from a short movie on YouTube, I saw it a long time ago and I don't remember the name, it was "Timestopper", Timestop", "Timefreeze", "Timepause" ..... or something like that.

i searched a while, cause i know this too ... but i found only the clip where the frozen girl is shown, i remember that is the only freeze worth it ...
