You can rent a new movie on Amazon Prime called "Deborah", about an Alexa-like device that can pause and rewind time. The characters use it frequently to freeze time throughout the film. The freezes are mostly video pauses, but I believe a few are live action.

The first one is around 20 minutes in I think? That one's one of the better ones since it's the first one and lingers so it's the one they probably tried to make look best. Some of the latter ones are mid-motion and have the video freeze motion blur but some, while probably still video freeze, at least look probably still.

Are you sure the first one is 20 minutes in? The first one I could find was about 34 minutes in, someone freezes time so a lamp doesnt get knocked over, was there one earlier than that?

Yep, 23:38 roughly, lasts about 2 minutes with a decent couple of shots of Sophia Bush.
