There is an episode of Angel (the spin-off series of Buffy) that features a woman frozen mid-sex. But I warn you that it is not that great. I saw it years ago, when the episode aired in the early 2000s, and I don't remember it that well.
EDIT: the episode is season 2 episode 13 and it is titled "Happy Anniversary". The freeze happens at the very-end of the episode.
