Does anyone research this?
It is said that pictures can be generated by describing them,
or similar pictures can be generated by putting in pictures.
Logically speaking, if this technology becomes stronger, we can make pictures or even videos we want

There are two user-friendly options, there is Midjourney, which you can use via discord, however they have a censor for anything remotely erotic. Thankfully with our fetish, it's not too big of a deal, because it won't censor you for asking for statues, dolls or robots (obviously nudity would be censored).

Both cost money. I've been using midjourney and it can be addicting just prompting anything you can think of and seeing it what the AI spits out.

There are ways to get around the censors with other programs, but it requires a bit more technical knowledge and computer capacity. Midjourney is great for its ease of access and ease of use.

And lastly, to touch on the movie aspect, from what I've seen, it's possible, but requires a lot of work then just prompting the AI. However, that may be the next big step as this progressively gets better.

Also have a look at the Unstable Diffusion discord and Civitai. Completely free if you know how to roll your own Automatic1111 instance either on your PC, or spin up a GPU cloud to run the processing for around $1/hr (can be cheaper than midjourney if you're doing many many trials).

No censorship, lots of fine tuned models/controlnets for specific looks, body parts, poses and scenes. Plenty of NSFW niche groups there.
