I stumbled across this a few years ago and completely forgot about it until now. I don't think I've seen this posted before, but here's the link to some B-roll footage from the 1997 Batman and Robin premiere featuring several shots of a frozen woman in a black dress.

I remember that the props of frozen people of this movie were sold at online auctions.
